Went well, followed instructions about how to activate mods, I used the health mod and managed to make progress despite certain game issues!
Accidentally download GOG game but Unlimited health & Focus is working . No reload not working.

FEAR was great, FEAR 2 was amazing. Couldn't get far in FEAR 3 cos it was too hard (I'm an old gamer and just don't have the reaction times for some more modern games)
FINALLY, thanks to you guys I get to enjoy FEAR 3.

It works fine. Could be my imagination but enemies seem to take more damage with this trainer on.
