I think I have worked out how this works for this program. It is the inventory - where you can unload and then reload primary weapon and gain a few rounds. If typical load is 6 and Wemod overloads that to 15 you get a net increase in ammo each cycle - a bit clumsy, but I'm a bad shot so needed.
