Advanced users can run more than one instance of WeMod. To do this:
Open Command Prompt (Search cmd from start menu)
Run the following command:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\WeMod\wemod.exe -wemod-user-data=User2
Running multiple instances may cause memory conflicts or performance issues and is not officially supported.
