As of 4.7.2023 The trainers run perfectly. I launch the game from Steam and once I am fully loaded into a level I ALT+TAB to WeMod, click on "play". Once it changes to "palying" I ALT+TAB back to COD and activate the trainers with WIN+G. I have all of them turn on and the game runs perfect without any crashes. A+ to the developer.
Side Note: While "Unlimited Health" is ON, being on top of a grenade as it explodes will not kill you. However the game still registers it as you should be dead. So the audio will cut out and the grenade icon is permanently on the screen, while you can still shoot, move and NPC's still target you. Restarting to the last checkpoint will clear this up.
